Enrolments

All students enrolling at Totara Grove School need to have a Birth Certificates.  A child cannot start school until an original birth certificate has been sighted.  New Entrant children are encouraged to enrol three weeks before their birthday so that they can arrange pre-entry visits, held between 9.00am and 11.00am.  This will help them to settle into school.  Children enrolling from another school will also need to have their Birth Certificate when enrolling. They will be able to start school the day following enrolment or at a later date as arranged with the office.

Please contact the school office on (09) 435 001or email office@totaragrove.school.nz for further information.  You will also need to provide proof of address and your child’s immunisation details.

Enrolment Scheme

Totara Grove School has an enrolment scheme.  This means children from outside our designated zone may have to participate in a ballot for enrolment based on set priorities, or if there are no places at a particular year level, then they may not be able to enrol.  For details on the home zone and priorities for Out of Zone enrolments please contact the school office on (09) 435 0019 or email office@totaragrove.school.nz.
